For 8 people, you need:


- 275gr of flour
- 120gr of butter

- 1 egg

For the icing:


- 175gr of icing sugar
- 250gr of plain chocolate
- 25gr of butter

Preparation Instructions


- Preheat oven to 190°C (thermostat 6/7)
- Butter a baking tray.
- In a bowl, work the butter with an electric mixer with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Add the beaten egg.
- Slightly dilute cocoa and add it to the butter-sugar mixture.
- Gradually add the flour, beating well until smooth and blended.
- Place the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- With dough pieces, form sticks of 10 cm long and 6 mm thick.
- Wax them up to take pretzels shape: first form a circle then return the two halves into one another.
- Place the pretzels on the baking tray, leaving enough space for them to swell during cooking.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let pretzels cool completely on rack.
- In a bowl, break chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath.
- Then also melt the butter and mix it with the chocolate and icing sugar, stirring well.
- Dip each pretzel into the preparation, dropping the surplus in the bowl. Let dry on a sheet of baking paper. To end, sprinkle with some icing sugar.

An easy-to-make rock praline recipe with Delices and Gourmandises

For the praline, you need 150gr of hazelnuts, 130gr of sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 20gr of dark chocolate with a minimum of 60% of cocoa and 80gr of milk chocolate. Use 80gr of whole hazelnuts for topping. For coating, you need 50gr of mixed nuts, 200gr of dark chocolate with a minimum of 60% cocoa and 200gr of milk chocolate.
