Tasteful homemade raspberry wine with Delices and Gourmandises

Surprise your guests with this raspberry wine recommended by Delices and Gourmandises! Its subtle fruit flavor will for sure delight everyone.

Try this easy-to-make recipe

The secret of perfect raspberries wine lies in the choice of a quality wine and freshest raspberries. To get a little more than 1 liter, you will need:

- 400 g to 500 g of raspberry

- 1 liter of red wine (you can also choose a rosé)

- 400 g of sugar

- 1 small glass of marc spirit

- Wash the raspberries and drain them thoroughly. Meanwhile, mix the sugar, wine and brandy.

- Add the raspberries to the liquid mixture and let marinate for 5 days, away from sun. Once done, all that remains is to strain while crushing the raspberries with a spoon to get as much juice as possible and pour it into glass bottles.

- To avoid any risk of contamination with mould, Delices and Gourmandises recommends to sterilize the bottles prior to using them. To do this, simply dip them in a pan filled with cold water and bring it to a boil for a minimum of three minutes. Then just let the bottles dry and cool.
